Seller

Purchases are made from Intastellar Solutions, International, Toldbodgade 3, st. 9, 6300 Gråsten, Denmark (CVR 41604409), which acts as merchant of record for payment processing.

Products and licenses

Two license types are available per photo:

• Personal download — for private, non-commercial use (prints, social media, personal projects).
• Commercial license — for business use, marketing, publications, and client work.

A license grants you the right to use the licensed image(s) as described above; it does not transfer copyright, which remains with Felix A. Schultz.

Prices and payment

Prices are set and charged in Danish kroner (DKK); amounts shown in EUR are for reference only. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout.

Delivery

After successful payment, a download link is sent to the email address you provide. The link is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase.

Right of withdrawal

Because the product is digital content delivered immediately after payment, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends as soon as download begins, provided you have given prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged the resulting loss of the withdrawal right. If no such consent was requested at checkout, standard consumer withdrawal rights apply instead.

Liability

Photos are provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the licensed images, except where liability cannot be excluded under Danish law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes may be submitted to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We do not participate in proceedings before a private consumer arbitration board.
