Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Intastellar Solutions, International, Toldbodgade 3, st. 9, 6300 Gråsten, Denmark (CVR 41604409), represented by Felix A. Schultz. For any privacy question, contact info@felix-schultz.dk.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, we process the name, email address, and message you provide to respond to your inquiry. This data is not used for any other purpose. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or your consent by submitting the form.

Purchases and digital downloads

If you buy a photo license through the shop, we process your name, email address, and — for commercial licenses — company name to create and fulfil your order.

Payment is handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Stripe processes your payment data under its own privacy policy.

We keep a record of your order — email, name, company name, the gallery and license purchased, the amount paid, and your download status — in our own database, so we can provide your downloads and handle any support request. Download links are valid for 7 days after purchase.

Your purchase confirmation and download link are sent by email via Resend, our email delivery provider, which processes your email address solely to deliver that message.

Legal basis: performance of the purchase contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legal obligation to keep accounting records (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, Danish Bookkeeping Act).

Cookies

This site uses the following cookies:

• portfolio_locale — remembers your language choice. Strictly necessary; no consent required.
• admin_session — keeps the site owner signed in to the admin area. Strictly necessary; not set for regular visitors.
• Analytics cookies (Google Tag Manager and our own Intastellar Consents Analytics) — only load after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time through the same banner.

Fonts

This site loads its typefaces directly from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Loading a font transmits your IP address and browser information to Google. See Google's privacy policy for details on how Google processes this data.

Photos and content delivery

Photos on this site are hosted on Flickr and loaded directly from Flickr's servers (live.staticflickr.com) when you view a gallery. Website text and structure are managed through Sanity, a content management system, which does not process your personal data.

The site itself is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard technical server logs (IP address, browser, timestamp) for security and operation of the service.

How long we keep your data

Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry. Order and payment records are kept for 5 years from the end of the relevant financial year, as required under Danish bookkeeping law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact info@felix-schultz.dk.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), www.datatilsynet.dk.
